Hi! Thank you for visiting the FHR website. My name is Summer Finch, and I am the founder. A little information to know about me is that I love BIG (Jesus, my husband, my 2 kids, family, friends, and people in general) and want to do everything in life with EXCELLENCE!

I had early career success in Corporate America and ended as the Talent Acquisition Manager for a nearly billion-dollar global manufacturing and service company. I enjoyed my work, but the travel was not conducive to my young family. In my zest for life and achievement, I started Finch House Recruiting LLC in 2018 when I was pregnant with my second and had a 3-year-old. I far surpassed my corporate salary in my first year in business and my husband quit his job the following year to help. We are grateful to the many leaders and companies that have chosen to make Finch House Recruiting a strategic partner in their hiring for several years. We truly enjoy providing great candidates for you!
